We Share the Secrets of Golf That the Other Instructors Don't Want You to Know
At Deep Cliff, we understand that everybody has different athletic abilities and skill levels. We individualize our instruction to suit each player's body type, ability, and skill. We know that better posture, alignment, and improved swinging techniques make for a more successful and enjoyable game of golf. Our staff of Golf Professionals provides instruction to players of all levels.
From the beginner to the very skilled, all of our students are taught ways to improve their golf games. We offer beginning classes to encourage a love of the game and have a large number of juniors, ladies and seniors involved in specific programs to suit their unique needs. We also coordinate club fitting to make sure the clubs you swing compliment the swing you've got.
No matter what your level of play, we can help you lower your scores -- and have more fun playing golf. We offer a variety of private and semi-private instructional opportunities.

Gerry BentonTeaching Professional - check out my website www.bentongolf.com To contact Gerry via email: gerry@bentongolf.com Gerry Benton, a Colorado native, has called the Bay Area his home since 1991. He began his golf career in 1987 at Ptarmigan Golf & Country Club in Fort Collins, Northern Colorado's only Jack Nicklaus-designed course. Gerry quickly developed an intense interest in understanding how the best in the game succeed and how that knowledge could be applied to help himself and other golfers excel. Driven by a natural curiousity about how everything in the universe works, he has developed his unique teaching methodology through a zealous, ongoing inquiry of the world’s best instructors--their philosophies and methods-- and their success with players. Gerry has been a member of the Deep Cliff professional teaching staff since May of 1999. He has been a golf professional at PGA West in La Quinta, California; Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course; SportSense Golf Training Centers in Mountain View; and Sharon Heights Country Club in Menlo Park.
